Lost driver swing...suggestions?

After going through a period where I was playing the best golf I ever have and crushing my driver, I can hardly make contact now. I'm still on point with my irons but any club higher than a 4 iron gets dicey. I've never felt more uncomfortable with a driver in my hand. Any tips? When I do make contact it's pushed hard right with a small slice making me think the club face is open. My alignment looks good but I also feel like during my swing I get off somehow and feel too on top of the ball. Again, irons on point. I can pick up my 4 iron and crush 3-4 straight balls at the range, then switch to driver and try to emulate and...nope. Horrific swing and contact.
I know without video it's hard to give a tip but just wondering if someone experienced anything similar. My swing has gotten off before but it was off throughout all clubs. I'm baffled.

Could be a confidence thing? Maybe you are thinking about it too much at the tee. Turn the mind off and let it rip baw

Likely swinging down on the ball like you're hitting an iron. Get a bucket of balls, try really over exaggerating your back shoulder drop at address and make sure you're swinging up on the ball.

I'm right-handed and used to push my drives right. I focused more on keeping my left arm straight on my follow-through and it helped. If I were you I'd go to the range and practice a smooth easy swing until you start hitting the ball consistently straight and gradually increase your power from there.

Choke all the way down on your driver and swing it like an iron.

If you feel like you're coming over the plane line on your downswing there's a pretty simple drill that I do which exaggerates coming under the plane line.
1.Go to the range and take your driver out
2. Tee it up just a hair higher than what you normally do.
3. Address the ball and then drop your back foot so that your toes match up to the bottom of your front foot.
Dropping your back foot will make you take the club back on a more flat line and likewise coming down. Don't worry about where the ball goes, just focus on what it feels like to have the club head fall into the slot on your downswing.

I don't even carry a driver. I just use a 3 wood. I hit it 240-245 and I just deal with that instead of what could be from the driver.

Go to the range and work on strictly driver. Start by only taking the club halfway back, then a full follow through. It will feel awkward as hell, but just focus on easy swings that result in a straight shot. Gradually work your way up to a 3/4 swing, then full swing, etc.
Swing slow. Your focus is on contact and accuracy, not a power swing

make sure you set up with spine tilt.

Just use the 4 iron and not worry about the driver.

Try a slightly stronger grip and see if that helps before making any drastic changes. It may be that simple.

stronger grip
Maybe loosen up on his grip pressure too.

Start your driver swing with your front shoulder pushing your upper body back. Not with your hands
