She’s getting bad advice IF they are going to trial.
If she had murdered someone on video, she might get away with it.
Three crimes are solved and punished most of the time:
1. Arson
2. Tax fraud
3. Mail fraud
They are going against the odds.
I would plea so quick, pay my money, do my community service,etc.
Mossimo needs to think about what big man is going to be his boyfriend in prison. Plead guilty, sleep with Aunt Becky, get convicted, get pounded by Uncle Schmecky.
