I did. You're taking the word of a man who killed an unarmed man as fact 
I guess it's just a coincidence it happened again in the same exact location.

Probably, but since it happened again at the same intersection and now there's a man dead, I tend to believe Gasser is the dangerous hot head and is the responsible party for both incidents.

Even in Gasser's version of the events from 2006, he's the one who threw the punches.

It isn't sarcasm. Gasser should have given or taken his arse beating for driving like an a-hole.
