Look for an entry level actuary job with your finance degree. Farm Bureau is always looking for those folks.
Thank you for the advice that would work - 6 kids and a mortgage ago. I am a bit more "seasoned" than an entry level actuary job.
I am looking at 6 figures or above and at 6 figures I am taking one hell of a hair cut.

If so, I'm looking for an entry level job in the chemistry field near Houston. Need $40k/yr.
I'm more interested in working in forensics, but I fear that's a pipe dream.
Move to Atlanta. GBI is hiring

I've been applying for jobs since November, several interviews, but I keep getting the same response "while you are highly qualified, and we would love to have you in this job, we feel that you don't have enough experience and aren't ready for this type of job". These are entry level jobs I'm applying for. The wonderful catch 22 of being a recent college grad.
I feel your pain.
I feel your pain.

Their site listed one job that I'm qualified for, but it didn't really blow my hair back. Thx for the tip. I'll continue to check their listings.

Well, my wife has some inertia with her position. I won't be able to replicate her income, so we're only going to move for the right opportunity. As such, I'll probably end up taking a chem job in the local area in the near term.
