Longest You've Gone In Your Life Without Vomiting

A lot of people find it hard to believe but I have now gone 25 years without vomiting. It all comes down to the fact that my during entire childhood, I hated vomiting so much that I would close my eyes when I did it because if I saw it I would continue to puke.

The last time I vomited, I was 10, it was so bad, I ate clam chowder for dinner and then I was nauseous and I kept drinking water thinking it would go away (The worst thing you can do with nausea) well 15 minutes later I tell my mother "I don't feel goBLAH!" It was that vomit that you don't gag, it just comes gushing through your throat and out your mouth. It took my mother over an hour to clean it off of the kitchen floor and in the hallway leading to the bathroom. After that I do everything in my power to fight throwing up. I have had quite a few stomach bugs that I somehow miraculously force myself to not vomit. I wife always tells me "just let it happen, you'll feel better" and I always respond with "bullshite!" I would rather have diarrhea anyway. I have 4 kids and I thought the streak would end within the last 10 years with how often kids puke but I have been good at not letting it happen.

Anyone have any long streaks like mine?
