Yep. That’s the same concept as the homemade ones I mentioned except about half the size.

The Water Weenie
Take old bike inner tube and chop both sides of the inflate valve. Tie off one end with multiple knots then overfill (about 3 x the size if air is used). Kinda hard to use (suggest the boa constrictor around your neck look) as cumbersome and hard to aim. That said, soaking volume is hard to match.

Problem was spiders and their egg sacs (webs). House on the bay and some years problems is big. Never able to get insecticide up there but Pressure Wash Service has been effective for removing eggs sacs and webs.

If you've never gotten to play/use a monitor, you have been missing out. Had one like this mounted on my platform truck with the VFD.
