Which one did you go with?

I'm about to crash. Been a long but fun day. My dogs are passed out on the floor. All they did was ride in the jeep and they are acting like we hiked 10 miles today

Basically it's a DC powered ascender that carries shite with it. Have a worm drive motor so it'll hold in place, and a momentary on/off remote control that goes 100ft. Waiting on the battery to get in. It's a 1.8 lb 12v motorcycle battery.

I designed it so the rope will be sandwiched between the drive gear and an idler gear pushing tension on it to keep the rope from going anywhere

Eta: Gonna be used for tree climbers, construction workers, scaffolding builders, etc

Gonna probably get work to cut/fab up the bracketry for me. It is only two, then the case that everything mounts in.

Good luck with that. I took a chip out of mine throwing a bow at someone in Fred's parking lot about 10 years ago. Took a month to feel right

You been working much lately? We've been getting slammed with new jobs. They even offered to pay us +$20/hr on top of our normal rate to work Sunday. Shop is 100% full of stuff
