My weekend plans were just dashed. Was on a plane about to leave MSY and heard that the Phish shows in upstate New York were cancelled due to major flooding and not having potable water to support 60,000 people for 4 days.
Got off the plane just before they closed up the doors, so I didn’t have to fly to NYC tonight just to have to return home tomorrow morning.
Now eating popcorn.

Yeah, these things happen. I was looking forward to it for a while—camping out for 4 days and catching 4 shows.

Rebel...they will do another festival to make up for this one, but it takes a year for them to plan (theirs are not just a music fest, but have numerous layers of crap going on for 4 days...day and night 24/7)—that’s one reason they only do them every 3 years.
