I tried CBD a few years back to help with inflammation from tweaks caused by rolling and lifting.
Didn't do anything to help imo.

I still recommend a high CBD and low THC cream for those needs.

In that it IS what you think of as THC.
Delta 8 works the same, just have a different position of the double bond. Only really sold where you cant get the legal delta-9, because 8 isnt as potent as 9.
