Honestly I will be looking again in about 2 years. I have reached the ceiling on my current position. My daughter graduates high school in may and comes off child support then only got one left on child support.

I cannot complain here either except for the rotating schedule from nights to days. Good money, good benefits, hardly any work but I will want to get on a regular schedule within the next few years.

Obviously, I can make more money elsewhere but I get a christmas bonus, and a 4th of july bonus.
