I have plenty of room plus the home we bought has an outdoor grill built in. Basically looking for something unique I can do more with. The one built in is a brick oven essentially and one that is harder to control than an egg.

Considering I had a degree is social work and was working as a school counselor and now a teacher I figured you would figure out I was not a pedophile since obviously couldn't have either job with that on my record. But hey she was a female and we tend to believe everything a female says even when it is a lie. Like AuNite who said I was stalking her when all I did was google her username and she used the same username for all her accounts.
Yeah, once I got accurate info. Internets r srs bidness.

green egg is an awesome grill. you can grill or smoke on it. if you want to smoke a butt or shoulder, you put it on, go to bed, and get it out 16 hours later. the grill will be just as hot as it was when you closed it without adding any more charcoal.
but if you don't grill, they aren't cheap.
for the occasional griller, it's really hard to beat a Weber kettle grill.

Would have been easier to just e-mail me for accurate information. She manipulated a lot of individuals and especially after I saw her tits.

Buy a remote or meat thermometer with a long enough wire. Cook in the oven at 300 until the meats temp hits around 120, then throw in a super hot cast iron pan for a few min on each side, tent in foil with grass fed butter for 15 min, enjoy

I've been doing that bake at 350 until the steaks reach 125 and then throw in a cast iron skillet for 2 minutes on each side

Young and dumb isn't a defense, but I'm pleading it.
Btw, my parents have a BGE and it's fricking outstanding.

If you are on the fence with an egg, buy it

Different than the method of baking until it reaches 180 temp and then throwing on a hot cast iron skillet?

Motherfricker fell asleep after dinner and now I got to get up in one hour for work. Xbox or OT for an hour I can't go back to sleep?

I like to oven them lower (120) then sear a few min per side Let them finish cooking in tinfoil with the grass fed butter

If you don't go wireless, get one with a 2 foot long cord so you can put it on the counter. You can't get proper reverse sear without a thermometer
