Paul, I was in Central all day today and a lot of folks there couldn't find baskc stuff so that's why I'm offering. Hope you and you're are well.

What really sucked today was going in my wifes grandparents house today and his flag from his memorial was floating in water.

Grew up my whole life in Louisiana until I was almost 18 years old. I don't remember dealing with all this flooding. I remember the atchafaylaya river and Mississippi getting pretty full but nothing like the recent flooding.

I never experienced anything like this either. We were there for the 83 flood and had major damage to our camp on the Amite, but I have NEVER seen anything like this.

My mom and grandfather live in Broussard there was plenty of rain like 12 inches but never made it inside their house. Thank god there are no rivers close by well at least I don't think so.

33 and Geaux
Sad to hear about all this flooding and stuff. It has been a rough year in Louisiana. Oil industry, shootings, now this. One thing that has showed though is how tight the people are in that part of the country.
