Nope.
At least, not as per the company owner.
...who seems oddly absent in all of this.
I can take 6-8 months off with no real loss.
And every day lately is pushing me closer to that sort of decision.

Ugh... I’m sorry. This whole thing is really highlighting lots of companies’ shitty planning/regard for loyal employees. I hope you’re able to hang in there or have other options if you do reach the end of your patience.
