Just after 3:00p.m. on August 29, 2015, members of the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to 32085 Burgess Rd in the Denham Springs area of Livingston Parish in reference to a shooting.
Sheriff Jason Ard says, ‘We have learned that 2 individuals were visiting at the Burgess address. Neither lived there. We know an argument occurred between 2 men. We don’t know what that argument was about. We do know one man used a handgun to shoot another in the chest area.’
The victim was transported to a local hospital where his condition – as of this writing – is unknown.

Police said after the shot was fired, Debacco ran away from the scene, got a ride, then got out the vehicle around the 10,000 block of Arnold Road. It is unknown if Debacco is armed.
