I was there in ‘98. Mostly college kids there back then. Definitely looks to have gone section 8 now. I have a lot of good memories there. And many good ones I don’t remember.

Yeah that's what I'm saying. I think Cowboys would be an outstanding location if you want true drunk coonass crimes. Post up near the Quarters apartments too, and just go back and forth between there and McKinley Street. And Downtown of course.
