Camellia and Bertrand don't intersect. The alleged shooting happened on Camellia and the suspect was apprehended on Bertrand and Congress, catercorner from Cajun Field.

I imagine the last place they thought they'd need to follow an officer would be in River Ranch. Live PD doesn't usually search out housewives who've had too much white wine
