Said that one of the reasons he pulled the guy over was that one of his brake lights was out. Not illegal if the guy still has 2 functioning brake lights. Maybe the car is old enough to not have a third light.
It’s like when a cop says he pulled you over for a burnt out license plate light - technically might be a fact but not illegal if your car has 2 lights.

Basically a replacement for "Cops".
It is "live", but on a delay so the gore doesn't shock viewers. You see everything from noise complaints being addressed to meth heads taking on three or four cops in the street.

I would think the walk from the parking lot to the booking desk was probably a long one for that young entrepreneur.
