Agree with this. But let's say they find him guilty on lesser charge(s), does anyone know how many years he could face?

You see, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I’m just a caveman.

I disagree. First degree only requires premeditation—proved by collaborating with his daughter to sneak in and abduct her and the suicide note

I believe the jury is all male, so it's possible. :rimshot:

Not saying he didn’t do anything wrong but I think she embellished a lot of the story.
He wrote his kids a letter telling them mom and dad would watch them from heaven. He had his 14 year old daughter open a window at 1am so he could get into the house. He then instructed a 14 year old to drive at 2am to his house with another child in the car
What about that isn’t premeditated? What about that suggests to you that he didn’t intend to kill her?
Look, I think she definitely overplayed, but there’s no doubt in my mind that he was planning to kill her that weekend.
He even cut his neck as cops arrived because he knew he was fricked

Vince Gilligan thinks this is perfectly plausible.

I think the reason it is taking this long, is honestly because they have 11 counts to go through and vote on. It takes time to vote for Foreman, cover evidence, vote, etc. Each count must be decided independent of the others.
If 10 agree on sexual battery and 2 don’t, they must figure that out, not just say….well, we got him on the bigger stuff so let’s let this one go…
