is Louisiana the trashiest (litter-wise) state? I drove through Mississippi & Tennessee Monday and didnt see near the litter we have down here. what is it about La, that makes its own citizens treat it like such a dump?

No, doubt, went to lake weiss in North Alabama this summer and was blown away by how clean the sides of the road were. I've never understood why there is so much litter on the roads in Louisiana.
