I see mostly women do this but some men too, holding the phone out in front of their face while driving, on speaker, so the person on the other end of the phone can hear all of what they say,
That and unbuckled toddlers / infants in front seats, on momma's lap in the driver or front seats.
Kids out and about with parents on school days who are obviously not sick. I had to be dying

i live in Prarieville and i don't know what young Caucasian males sag their pants more the ones from Galvez or the ones from Gonzales... so u can chill with the "urban" stuff...

This always blew my mind. Are these kids homeschooled or just fricking off is what I was always wondered.
