Just quoted me at $429.00 to get a spray in Line-X with UV protection

I will be getting the Line-X at some point but want to know that the work will be done well

Is the work here done well? Or can anyone recommend a place in the metairie/kenner/NOLA area to get it done?

TIA

Do they offer the cash discount that other Line-X dealers offer?

10% off for non credit card purchase. The Line-X dealer I used in BR offered this, and I feel like I read it's fairly common.

All they do is tape, blast, and spray. Can't be that hard

That is a good price FWIW

eh I am always wary of work being done on my truck if it's someone I don't know and I have heard stories of places screwing it up and that is a lot of money to a poor arse student such as myself

A lot of businesses that deal with "inventory" that's hard to track do this and just don't report the sales. I worked for a plant nursery and all of our growers did this, and we did it on the retail side too.

they did my Silverado a few years ago and it came out nice.

overall they did nice work, it was ready when they said it was and even though its completely dry and usable, it stays semi-soft and slightly rubbery to the touch for about a month before I would be throwing stuff back there and dragging it around. otherwise the texture might get smoothed out because it hasn't fully hardened yet.

EDIT - it was done in 2005 and I paid $425 and was still just as good as the day it was sprayed when I sold the truck in 2014 and I used the hell out of my truck
