A specific one is like a parish president. Calling them judge confused me at first.
I thought this particular order (and the prior one limiting gatherings of 100 or more) gave power to county judge only in unincorporated areas and to mayors for cities.
Harris and Dallas have been worst throughout this in both cases and controlling citizens. Not sure if order needed blanket decisions or county/city could make different decision on different events or areas, but it's par for course that The Harris county judge would give a blanket denial for gatherings while Collin county judge gives a blanket approval for gatherings.

Because Black Americans haven’t received their check yet.
Wasn't the perp soldier black (who had also been allegedly sexually harassing the victim & killed himself to avoid jail) and had help getting rid of body from his white girlfriend? I thought victim looked more Hispanic.
