I have a super liberal relative or two.
Generally I just avoid any political or religious related conversation with them. While playing board games or such, I’ll take little digs at them in the name of fun. If they try to push the conversation in that direction most everyone has learned to leave the room or conversation and not let them dictate the conversation. Which I’m sure frustrates them. I usually try to troll them into snapping and going on some silly emotional political rant so they make an arse of themselves.
Another fun idea for your specific situation would be to buy and wrap them a box of condoms, with a little note like, “so you never have to explain to any children of your own how racist / xenophobic / transphobic / etc and backwards your family is”

These two are 50 years old
They don’t have any children, don’t want children
still use condoms when having sex
All I can say is it is a good thing they don't want children.

Just don’t let them come over anymore by saying you have a cough.

Both my siblings are big on the masks and it is truly so sad.
My parents were debating where to retire:
Liberal sibling 1: Durango!
Liberal sibling 2: ashevale!
Me: Anywhere in Boone county, Arkansas

It’s probably the trailer you live in that they are afraid of...not the virus.

Probably for the best

Figure a way to mention in conversation that the only people that have HIV are homos and blacks. That ought to set them off if one of them has HIV.
That’ll at least answer that part of the questions.
