How does this affect the metro baseball season that is supposed to start at the end of May? Teams are school based but not officially the schools team.
. Won’t roll on time not by lhsaa but but government rules

Figured, I’ve talked w a lot of coaches , ADs and principals lately.... there are many reasons EC vote was unanimous....

But I do think it’s shitty the state (not LHSAa) is allowing casinos to open but kids can’t play baseball....

Lhsaa and others are working real hard to move forward...

Why don’t the superintendents of each Parish get the final say?

Because the LHSAA is a separate entity from the school system.

Im not sure how that makes sense. The LHSAA is basically a huge contract between schools. It is separate from the school system. If the superintendents were to overrule the LHSAA here then that would cause the member schools to be in violation of LHSAA rules which would result in potentially significant consequences.

I know how the LHSAA is set up and how it works.

LHSAA should let each Parish do whats best for their Parish and let the private, parochial and select schools do what’s best for themselves.

Just like what the President is doing for each state

Just like what the Governor is doing for each Parish.

LHSAA is a clown show, not quit as bad as it was when Kenny Henderson was there, but close
