Mineral oil does the trick on them.. Have to apply daily for about a week.. They'll dry up and fall off with a little help..

So I had one about 10 years ago on my thigh. Went to New Orleans and while dancing at a wedding it must have ripped off. Like it was gone immediately and so much blood. Took this girl home and told her we should shower. Luckily that cleaned it up and nobody noticed.

Vinegar applied a few times daily eventually melts them off. Oh don't get any vinegar on the surrounding skin, it'll burn that too and leave a mark.
