KIPP should go there. Give it to it for one dollar a year. Would be an investment in improving the community.

The school is nothing but cinder block buildings with window units and computers from 1989. It is a total piece of shite and there is no wonder it closed. The area around it went to hell and no one wanted to send their kids there anymore. If the area had stayed...safe...then people would have continued sending kids and donating money and updates would have surely kept the school with the times. I worked there for a few months and people had cars broken into and one day I felt something stuck on the bottom of my shoe and it was a fricking bullet casing.

If that's the case, we need to make 7thWard the assistant principal as a sign of good faith.

Who is gonna rent out the school? No one at all.
They should of just straight up sold it to the alumni. But you know Munch is gonna try to make a dollar by "trying" to rent it out.
