Wasn't there a case where Trudy (or maybe another BR judge) sentenced a convicted murderer to probation and "acts of kindness"?

I'm pretty sure that the people of Birmingham aren't exactly fans of the local politics up there.
I didn't say that they were. All I know is that when I visited the city a few weeks ago for a buddy's wedding, it looked a whole hell of a lot different than it did when he first moved there back in 2010. I never said that there aren't racial politics in Birmingham, but it sure looks like their mayor is doing what he can to make his city a better place to live.

Yeah, that was it.

Yep. Aramis Jackson shot and killed a woman for a flat screen TV, then proceeded to shoot her daughter who was around 9 years old at the time. Thankfully, the little girl survived.

Baton Rouge was on track for a similar transformation, but last summer's police shootings, the August Flood, and the election of a race-baiting SJW as mayor has completely derailed that train.

its not about blacks, so sick of the nonsense.
It is about INCOME. Period. Blacks with money - normal. Blacks with no money - terrible. Whites with no money - terrible.

Have you been to Baton Rouge? Most of the blacks with money were on the transition team for Mayor Broome and support the same ridiculous race-baiting claptrap as the poor blacks. Just look up the writings of LSU Law Professor Christopher Tyson.

I disagree. I think most educated, middle/upper middle class blacks see through that bullshite. Unfortunately, there aren't enough of them to outweigh the retards.
My parents live in Port Allen and have a pretty diverse neighborhood. FEMA was looking to put a Katrina camp near the neighborhood and the most staunch opponents in the HOA were black. They said they worked too hard to get away from that shite and they weren't about to let it sit in their backyard.

North and South Baton Rouge just need to separate. Everyone gets what they want.

I wish to God that this was a realistic option. Let north BR break away and form its own city. Broome could be the mayor and her cabal of racists could be the city council. She could appoint Gravy as her city manager, hire her black police chief, and institute her "community policing" policy. They would be free from the influence of the evil whites who are causing all of the black community's problems.

Isn't this the a-hole who called Stephanie Riegel a racist for suggesting that many of the problems that north BR residents face are entirely of their own making, rather than the fault of white people?

2007-2013 most people were bullish about the future of Baton Rouge. I think that support is dwindling to an all-time low nowadays.
