Does NH still have those ridiculous property tax rules that if you have an unobstructed view of a lake your property taxes increases ditto a view of a mountain? I had a friend up there who cut down some trees to get the view he wanted and promptly got a $5k bill from the town because if increased the property value.
As for the least memorable I’d have to say Kansas and Ohio is a close second for me.

Having nice beaches or political leanings different than your own has nothing to do with how memorable it is. Try again.
Every state can claim something very positive and very negative. Saying “Kansas is home to the best whipped cream” is nice and all, but doesn’t make it memorable.
