I said a week ago bombing civilians and shooting up old people is gonna make Ukies patience run out quick. Mmmh guess I was right…Russia is gonna learn quick the good people of Ukraine aren’t waiting with flowers and chocolates to welcome them as liberators.

I’m glad you told us this.

Is there anything else you would like to tell us today, that we should look forward to a week from now?

If Putins war chest is indeed running out tomorrow and 3 Billion in equipment has been destroyed so far then yes I have a few predictions…

1- Russia had restrictions on entrepreneurial activity? From reading the posts of some on here I thought they were a perfect free society.

2. So, economic sanctions on Russia leads to greater economic freedoms for it's people? We should have thought of that before.

That flight attendant on the left WOOD get it.

I'm pretty sure she's blinking SOS in that clip. If you can pull off a rescue you might get lucky.

Retaliation has already started guess State department doesn’t want American hostages as part of the equation

I'm surprised it took this long for an official advisory, honestly. France and some others did the same days ago.

Putin denies this is even a war. So......we should just trust him on this whole martial, marshall, marshal law thing?

Sky News is quoting Putin as saying that the economic sanctions from the West are “akin to a declaration of war.”

His actual quote seems to have been:

@phildstewart
quote:

PUTIN - "These sanctions that are being imposed are akin to a declaration of war but thank God it has not come to that "

I suppose a declaration of war is always in the eye of the beholder, but a little unnerving that he considers the sanctions as “akin to a declaration of war.” If he considers the sanctions as such, the supply of arms would probably be considered as a declaration of war, period.

There’s the Rummy I know. Alright so you may remember a conversation we had years ago about when I was a protocol officer in the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade. If what I’m hearing is correct from folks back in Russia and Cz watch for resignations from people at Gazprom and the like-it will signal that Putin’s expendable. Aeroflot CEO resigning yesterday was interesting but if more happen it’s because Putin is reaching out to his cronies to finance this war and they are saying sorry you’re on your own and he’s saying fine get fricked resign and watch your back. Worst kept secret in Russia is that they have entered into a protracted war with their Slav brothers and people aren’t worried about arrests…the resignations will also signal to military its good to move on Putin

That's my go-to channel, but for some reason they were letting kids read the news so I'm on CNN.
