It's getting low. And the worrisome part of that is I'm still living in almost constant soreness and pain from my sternum and ribs.

Thanks. I actually returned to work for a bit yesterday. Starting out with half days and working from home some as well. It's good to see everyone again and also a bit funny to see their reactions the first time they see me. I've lost right at 70 lbs since the last time most of them have seen me.

I think I'm going to start a healthy lifestyle soon. There's no way the shits that I've been taking lately or healthy, plus my feet have been hurting a lot so I'm scared of the beetus

My military days ended back in the 90s so I'm sure much has changed. I was Army but I spent some time training Marines when I was an gunnery instructor at the Fort Knox Armor. School. I also spent some time doing tank crew evaluator down at Egland Air Force Base in Florida.
After seeing how all three services live, my advice to you would be to look into the Air Force. They live good, damn good. Far better than the Army or Marines.
