My buddy is a proprietor for outback and I can get these free gift certificates. Happened to be out in metry at the mall last week so swung in and got me their bone in ribeye med rare and it was on point. Esp for free. Seriously impressed by that steak for the price even if I wouldn't have had a gift cert.

I most likely got it from a blood transfusion I got after my bad burn. I tried to donate blood a few years later and the screening they did picked up on the Hepatitis, but when I saw a doctor back then, she didn't find any symptoms and figured I was over it.

i think people just over complicate steaks. for me i keep it simple with koscher salt and pepper with a little evoo and throw it on the grill. those three things and a good cut that isnt overcooked is just fine with me.
