I wish I could eat healthier.
I started doing meal prep a couple months ago. I cook once or twice a week and freeze everything except what I'm going to eat the next day.
After a couple months of eating clean I honestly can't eat most fast food now without getting sick.

Hey Aspy, I'm doing great, how have you been?

It’s seems as though I’ve already gotten some of these little soy boys panties in a wad my first week back.
Fkn pansies.

I’ve been making it. Already ready for it to be Friday
I’m sorry 08. I think they just don’t understand you.
Pedro, it is pony wine, not horse wine. I do have some horse wine, though

What are some of your favorite meals to cook?
Posted on 3/24/19 at 10:55 pm to pioneerbasketball
I try to mix it up with one of each:
Meat:
Chicken
Salmon
Tilapia
Tuna
Hamburger
Vegetables:
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrots
Brussels sprouts
Peas
Carbs:
Brown rice
Quinoa
Sweet potatoes
Breakfast is usually eggs and plain oatmeal with some PB2 fit and some trail mix or frozen blueberries thrown in.

If you can fit more than 14 hands in your wine bottle it’s horse wine. 14.2 to be exact.
Water. No bubbles.

I bake the chicken and salmon in the oven. Cover baking sheet with foil and use some nonstick spray. Season the chicken and spread out on the sheet.
Takes around 30-40 minutes for a week's worth of chicken and around 12-15 for salmon. Use a meat thermometer. Chicken is done at 165 degrees. Salmon is done at 145.
Vegetables you can get steam bags to microwave. Rice you can get uncle bens that take 90 seconds to microwave.
If you want to go even cheaper you can get a pot to steam vegetables and buy big bags of rice to cook.
