No. I don't really get the problem. If you're reading the thread why wouldn't you read to the end of a page? If you're skimming, then I guess you're scrolling to the bottom to click the next page button which is... right next to the last post so it's probably more likely to get seen compared to a random post

Anyone can get 100 likes with the first or second post.
