Exactly. Let's rush to judgement based upon the contents of this video. If I had to guess that person behind the wheel did something extremely dangerous leading up to the stop which caused the rage from the police.

While it does look excessive, not sure what happened leading up to this. I'm guessing something really bad.

All of this babbling is completely irrelevant.

And lol at the movie star sliding across the hood to lay some blows with his baton.

I never said that, just said that we don't see the events leading up to this in the video. Had this person just killed someone or a bunch of people?

Hard to tell from the video if that person was resisting initially or not, maybe had a weapon, etc.

I do love rushing to judgement though.

at stop resisting.. first off, not even sure if he even had a chance to resist.. then after such an constant arse-whipping, i would imagine it would be hard not to move around a bit.

the man put his hands up.. straight up.. he was done.. not sure why the female engaged so quickly like that, but i wonder if her actions encouraged the rest to go macho-mode?

I see you're a proponent of cops dishing out justice instead of the court system.

What he did was irrelevant. Even the chief said it was handled wrong.

Only idiots on the OT will argue otherwise.

The officer pleaded guilty to federal excessive use of force charges.

Like I said, what events could possibly justify the maneuvers and force displayed on the video. Give me one.

I read fine. I read that the cop pleaded guilty to federal charges.

There's not rushing to judgement, he's admitted guilt.

Your what ifs are pointless, but please, keep trying to justify police brutality. Your overlords are pleased.

he put his hands up. he was clearly surrendering.

he never had a chance.

i have no idea, but i believe we would know this by now. (if this had been the case)

second of all, it would be nice if they beat the crap out of people who mass murder people.. but these killers typically go in without a scuff.. like that one church shooter and the florida school shooter.. pretty sure nothing happened to them.

That's all after the fact, and that is fine. My comment was based upon not know what had occurred before the video rolled.

I'm not for excessive force at all, but the context of what occurred would factor into it before I just to the conclusion that many do because they dislike cops.

This says it all. You clearly didn't watch the video since it's titled "former officer...."

You're just trying to be the contrarian without even watching the video.

I get what you're saying, which is why I asked you to give me a situation where their actions would have been justified. I can't think of one, but maybe you can.
