That is fricked up. Making fun of or labeling someone as the ugliest woman in the world, especially someone with a disability is fricked up. She may not have the prettiest physical features in the world but she's probably a lot nicer than a lot of women.

This. Not her fault she has a condition where she can't gain any weight (literally has no body fat) and still has to eat 5000 calories a day. She seems pretty gracious in the face of it all.
