Thank frick. I’m out and about and can’t watch today, but I’m glad to hear someone is calling them out on their dishonest fear mongering.

Rep Travis Johnson brought light to a ton of bullshite as well as the last minute nature of the amendments.

M Johnson with another stupid The Children rant, which TJ handled damn well.

Sounded ignorant as frick.

Miller (against) brought the wood.

Mandie Landry hitting good points too. Called out members for hypocrisy and also fear mongering.

Eta: To go back to my previous post, are you hearing chatter about whether the serving per container would stay at 1, or would they bump that to somewhat compensate for the lower dose per serving?

At the time, it seemed like they were going for one serving per container, but all of these house amendments dealing with retailer square footage, etc. came out of left field and I hadn't heard anything about that.

I never thought I'd be rooting so strongly for Mandie on anything.

Now trying to amend without the part about retail square footage minimum of 17k sf, just one stupid element.

The original amendment failed.
Now they’re trying to parse it down and pass another amendment without one part of it.

Miller pointed out Villio’s amendment that supposedly changed the SF thing did not in fact change, it was still 17.5K there on page 6.
Villio looked stupid AF.
