I mean, you’re free to leave. What are you still doing here?

What Kaepernick did was part of his First Amendment Right. Just because he was kneeling doesn't mean he was disrespecting the flag, or US history, or military. In his mind he was trying to make a strong statement on the stage he was on.
If he had of laid down and waved his arms around like he was in distress or mooned the flag or lowered his pants and jacked off you could say he was disrespecting the flag but you don't know what he was trying to accomplish at the time with what he did. Interestingly enough a similar kneel down killed George

Read the OP. That is exactly what Kaep said. I believe it was right before training camp?

Why would you leave your house on fire? You try to put it out and rebuild.
You are actually not free to leave either it cost thousands of dollars. It takes stacks of paper work, interviews and you probably need a lawyer.

There are 10s of thousands federal laws and the average citizens breaks 3 every single day.
I agree with your first point. Non violent drug offenders should all be released.
How many federal regulations do you think we have? It's ridiculous. Obama was one of the biggest federal regulators we've ever seen. And why didn't he pass criminal justice reform or encourage Clinton era drug law changes? It's just all about the team that you vote for.

So that’s why no one wants to immigrate here anymore
People want to immigrate here for the economic opportunities. This still by far the best place on Earth to build wealth. You just have to sacrifice some freedoms that you would get in other countries.

I've seen estimates of over 50k federal laws, the scary part is no one even knows the exact number.
Both parties are the same they both want to expand government. The Dems want to expand social programs and the Republicans want to expand the Military industrial complex and to enhance the Police State .
The both want to take away more rights. Demz want to take away the rights of gun owners and Republicans want to take away womens reproductive rights.
When American citizens stop picking sides and see politicians for who and what they really are then we can regain our standing as the greatest country the Earth has ever seen.
They keep people divided and erode our freedoms more and more every year.

A guy like Rand Paul would try to give us legal drugs, less war, less government and more freedom, but that's not what the majority wants.

Freedoms like the 4th amendment used to provide Americans.
There is no civilized place on earth, but the USA where you can have your property and cash seized without the commission of crime.
I just watched a YouTube video where a cop in Tennessee took 22k from a man in Michigan. The man told the officer he was buying a car from ebay and the cop took the cash anyway under civil forfeiture laws. The man showed him the listing and his bid to confirm his story. The cop didn't care. He wrote some bs police report about how in his expert opinion he believed the guy planned to buy drugs with the money or the money came from selling drugs.
He never wrote down the the guy showed him it was for a car he was purchasing.
The guy ended having to spend thousands on a lawyer and had to agree not to sue in order to get his money back.

It is about the flag, but it's not about the military, as most people equate it to.

Black people make up 37.5% of all inmates. If we release every inmate in prison for drug charges black people would make up 37% of the prison population.

I find it funny that the poll this morning shows Trump’s approval rating with blacks at 40%.
I don't believe this. Would love if it were true though.
