Because people are born that way. My son is left handed. Since he was old enough to grab things and hold a bottle, he has always used his left hand. He throws a ball with his left hand.

That happened to my uncle when he as a little boy in the 1920's. My grandmother got involved, and my uncle died last June as a 92 year old leftie.

I do most things right handed. However, everything that involves swinging I do left handed. Golf, baseball, softball, etc. I do the swinging lefty. Where does this put me on the evil scale?

I don't know if there are that many documented cases of your question, but my answer to it would be people can learn to use their not dominant hand.

I was forced to write right handed by my teacher because she didn't believe that I was left handed. Guess my mom didn't realize she should've told the teacher about it. Still write with my right hand to this day.. Other than my bad handwriting, I guess she actually did me a favor. Do everything else left handed though (throw, kick, golf, bat, etc.)
