You're an idiot.

That kid needed to be detained, and he did it the most humanely way possible. Also, the kid was beating on the cop, so it was all justifiable

It's not humane to bend a 8 yr old's arms back behind them to the point their elbows are almost touching one another.

All the pussy parents in this thread that think the cop is out of line are the same ones whose kids act like little shits in public because they never got their arse whipped.

And you'd be wrong again, idiot. When my kids mess up, there are consequences up to and including spanking. That's a very rare occurrence though because we've taught them to be good, respectful kids. You can teach a kid right from wrong without trying to dislocate their shoulders.

Did the school call the Sheriff Department because they couldn't handle an 8 year old?

If cops are needed I have no problem with handcuffs being used regardless of the age.

If the parents actual spanked kids when they deserve it....a lot these things wouldn't happen.

Probably EXACTLY what the kid wanted.

So the hell what?

Sounds like a win-win for everyone involved, kid gets to go home, rest of class continues undisturbed.

Take your arms and try to touch your elbows behind your back then tell me if what this cop did was OK.

Meh, I doubt that that hurt the kid. I'm in my 40's and that wouldn't hurt. But, everyone is different when it comes to flexibility, so who knows?

Now having some cop handcuff my 8 year old would be an entirely different situation. I would be pissed.

Im thinking bad parenting may have a play in this, just a guess.

Lol wut?

Is that kids shoulders dislocated? No, he is sitting there still yelling and screaming. You would think he would learn... Oh... Wait... That's right.. He has ADHD, so it is harder for him to grasp the concept of right and wrong. Let's give him a break and let him act like a little shitbird...

I guess we know who the pussy parent is in this thread.

I don't want anyone other than myself spanking my kids. I would have come unglued had I walked into this situation involving my kid.

I would have a serious problem with someone handcuffing my 8 year old. However, ADHD is not a freakin disability, that's hilarious.

I suspect most parents would. Except MJ2, of course. He'd have solitary cells with restraints waiting for his kids.

Yup. I'm sure he would not mind at all if someone handcuff the little girl in his avi. "Hey, she probably deserved it..."

So let's lay out the scenario real quick...

Your kid is detained by way of elbow cuffs because he is being a shitbird and you are called at work,(I presume you work). You then go all Billy Badass and March down to the school, throw open the doors to the office and knock the cop on his arse, then you grab the handcuff keys, unshackle your shitbird kid and haul arse out of there while you and lil shitbird shoot them the bird from your lifted Tahoe while Black Betty blares from the speakers.

Does that sound somewhat like what you have planned in your head?
Because this is the only scenario I see going through someone's head that has enough sense to deck a cop while on duty. But then again, you don't care if you are a convicted felon who can't vote, never have own firearm and has to do jail time... after the fact that your kid gets to see you cuffed and dragged off to jail.. Because after all, you are Daddy Billy Badass... And nobody messes with your baw!

I said the exact same thing this morning, man

All the pussy parents in this thread that think the cop is out of line are the same ones whose kids act like little shits in public because they never got their arse whipped.

Concur wholeheartedly

The cuffs are on the kids arms because they are obviously too big to put on his wrists. A young kid like that is flexible as shite, so that isn't going to hurt him one fricking bit.

If my kid had acted like that I would be thanking the cop before taking the little shite home for some REAL "counseling".

Our fricking nation has become so unbelievably over-PC I doubt that it will revert back in any reasonable amount of time...if ever.
And thats a shame because it will help lead to the eventual destruction of what was once the greatest country on the planet.

From someone who has suffered from ADHD his entire life... frick everyone of you who says it's not a real disorder. Oops sorry that was impulsive guys. No never mind I'm not sorry. You have no clue what those kids go through mentally. It is over diagnosed, but it is just as real as autism for those who have it. Ignorant pricks.
