No. Regardless of it being recorded or not (parents would probably have found out about it through other channels), it was still wrong for him to do. But mainly for the unease it caused parents and the lack of judgment it showcased rather than any actual threat.

There is probably a blind area for many male educators who also work as coaches who grew up in the era of locker room horse play where they don’t realize that the Overton Window for the type of rowdy, raunchy horseplay that they used to pull with their coaches is no longer acceptable.
