When I was younger, Bertolino was where all the "rich" kids played. Nice ballfields, nice gym, football stadium, etc. All the kids from Chateau played there. High on the Hog.
Now it's a homeless dumping ground.
Crazy.

New Orleans is busing them over there. Interstate underpass was getting too crowded.
