Could be a situation where his keys stay in his car and he has a passcode to get into in. Also WiFi locks on his home doors.
I don’t do it, but with ApplePay, LA Wallet, my Aviator and using WiFi locks on my house I could get away with going around with only a phone in my pocket and not much change in how I interact with the world around me.

Fair enough, seems a little bit of a reach, but I'll allow it.
It'd mean re keying several buildings with e-locks and leaving the keys in the car, but I could get away with it too.
Not worth it for me.
