I support Louisiana on this beer at youth sports initiative. Sure it will cause problems, but for responsible drinkers this would be great. Little League games are boring AF. A little buzz to pass the time.

Money.
We are funded by basically four sources:
1) Registration fees / facility rental fees
2) Concession sales
3) Sponsorships
4) Government funding
The government funding has basically been cut to just about nothing. We get a decent amount of sponsorships so it's hard to really increase that.
Reality is, beer sells at youth games. We have talked to other leagues and it's a huge moneymaker for them.
