So you'd rather go through life not knowing if you're cheated on then? Sure you wouldn't.

Female friend told me my girlfriend was cheating. I was a little upset with her but was eventually glad she told me. Saved me a lot of headache.

I'd say that people who are ok with seeing someone being cheated on and doing nothing about it are the immature ones. What if it were you and you didn't find out about it until 20 years into your marriage?

I didn't say I was okay with it. But making a scene about like this is ridiculous. He'd have been better served just confronting the guy and telling him to stop being a dumbass. What kind of guy tells a woman he doesn't know that her husband is cheating on her? That's fricking weird

I definitely didn't decide that. I just decided to reveal the truth.

Are y'all seriously defending this guy?

Not defending him at all. Just strongly disagree with the way she found out. All cheaters are found out eventually. You had no business saying anything to her.

Are you just making this up because you are bored at home. Did you get cheated on and someone not tell you? Why else would you not give a brief explanation as to the circumstance of what led you to do that? If not then you just posted that to argue with ppl online.

Gosh, you surely do have a lot of energy don't you? I just don't have the time or want to get so involved with someone else's business unless I'm asked to be involved. Why are you even interested in the drama? Are you bored or something?

I say live and let live. Things have a way of working themselves out, you don't have to get involved in other's people's shite. Sorry, but I agree with minding your own bees wax.

So I'M the one that hurt her? Are you kidding me? You don't think it's the lying cheaters fault? Not at all? Maybe just a little bit?

But no, it's the random guy who didn't mind his own business' fault for exposing him and telling her the truth. C'mon, man!

OP, admit it. You didn't do this because it was "the right thing to do".

You told that woman because you wanted to get back at the bastard. Own it bro...you'd get more respect on here if you did.

I'd probably tell the other wife too if I found out my wife was fricking a married guy. After I beat the ever loving sh*t out of him first...

If the non-wife other woman (received the pictures) was just a friend of yours and not your wife/GF...You substantially overstepped your bounds...

I don't think what you did is as bad as everyone here is saying it to be...but if you don't know the girl or the husband, you really don't really know anything about their relationship. You also don't want to introduce doubt into a relationship but misconstruing something and telling the girl your false impressions.

You told her what you thought was true and it's up to her to react how she wants to react. She chooses not to believe you. You just have to accept that. You did what you believed was best.

If I see someone that has been assaulted, I'm not going to be a dick and just walk by because "I don't know them". Yeah it's none of my business if someone has been hurt but it's called being a decent human being and helping someone who needs it.

What you should have done was get a video of them in the act, post it on youtube, and then on facebook/twitter, and tag all 3 in it. Then post the aforementioned video, as well as screenshots of their various reactions on the OT.

Cheating is wrong. Yes I'd want to know.

That has nothing to do with what the OP did. If my wife and I have problems, I don't need total strangers making it their business to set us right or to ruin us (even if it's on our own shoulders). But that's the point... it's up to us to be liars, cheaters, come clean. Because what he's done is taken away almost all possibility of reconciliation. It's not up to him to dictate my life even if I am being cheated on. frick that guy.

Because it was the right thing to do. Why people are so upset over a cheater being exposed is beyond me.
