I got DV'ed, but I didn't mean my comment in a derogatory way. It's easy to be generous when you have an abundance. Most don't, but he is one who does, and I commend him for that. More celebrities/athletes/entertainers should do more of that.
Most people have some level of generosity to them, and stories like this are great. Restores faith in humanity to some degree.

Agreed. But there are countless multi-millionaires who are greedy, frugal, ungenerous and helpless to other people. Probably the vast majority. There are those that the more they have, the more they feel in needing to accumulate more wealth.
On the other hand, Shaq is the man and my admiration to him for being so kind to other people.
