Cyclists inherently cannot be right. This is common knowledge. Cyclist occupies a lane, but driver pulls out directly in front of them, then cyclist should not have been on the road, it's for cars damn it. He probably blew through a stop sign and murdered a baby at some point in the day anyway...hippie cyclist!
To be clear, I ride with groups and definitely see cyclists doing stupid and wrong things. I've also had cars do illegal and stupid things to me at a much higher rate.

There are bike lanes everywhere and there was not one on the street they were on. The bicyclist was in the left lane screaming at the bus driver to get in the right lane.
