Thanks. I actually made it easy for myself. From the start I took care of my people and treated them like gold. I caught a lot crap from other companies that accused me of "over paying" and spoiling my people and this just wasn't how you "did business"
Funny, I guess my 90%+ retention and literally hundreds of resumes my offices got every year told me that I was doing it right.

She knew it was happening. She didn't know the deal had been done this evening. It sort of just came together like a tidal wave while we were having a drink at the Roosevelt.
