Only used the pain pills for 2 days
I only plan on taking them for the first couple of days. There’s no room in my life for a damn pill addiction

I’ve had 3 or 4 lap abdominal surgeries and had an emergency open one last year. Open was easiest recovery. Not a single bruised incision and none of the gas pains in my collarbones and neck.

Inguinial? Yep.

I’ve had a small ache “down there” when I’m sitting and I’m afraid I’m on deck. Anything I can do to prevent this? Core work? Lose 30 lbs?

I’ve known a few friends that have had hernia surgery and I’d like to avoid if possible.

if you already have one I’m pretty sure there’s nothing they can do to fix it other than put a patch in it. And if you do have one be careful because it can work its way down into your ball bag

Fear I have an inguinal hernia. Last week left teste got twice size of right. Severe pain. Swelling has gone down but I get a queasy feeling on lower left stomach. Sitting and driving is worse. Going to doc on Monday.

Watch the bag. Mine swelled to small grapefruit. Unpleasant for days.
