Go on...

And is it worth booking the character breakfast before park opening? I was told its good way to be the first in line for a Tier 1 ride and getting a jump on the crowds.

At Epcot, go to Le Cellier in the Canada pavillion (it counts as two sit down meals but it's worth it... some of the best steaks ever. It's best to book this one around 2pm and have a late lunch/early dinner... you're going to need a break anyway from all the walking required at Epcot. Just figure out something else to do another evening to account for the extra meal it takes.

In Animal Kingdom, Tusker House was great.

If you book far enough in advance, Ohana is one of the best in the entire park. It fills up far in advance though.

We didn't do character meals, we just thought they were a waste of time and fortunately our kids (boys) didn't have any interest in it.

Ohana is at the Polynesian resort. Or were you done talking about Animal Kingdom?
