Is this true? I didn't think oysters would be good for you necessarily.

thats awesome you have lost the weight but realize that you were in top football shape....20 years ago bro or more.


at 260, you wouldnt be close to having abs anymore...nor did you really really have them before to be honest. not sub 12% bodyfat. Not sure on your height but assuming you were 6'3 that would put you around an ffmi of 28. which...unless you were juicing...yea not happening.
